justmusic.asia is operated by Just Music Entertainment Sdn Bhd ("our", "us" and "we"). We are a company registered in Malaysia with company number 1663097-W. Our registered office is C-5-3, C03, Level 5, Medan Connaught, 56000, Kuala Lumpur. Our contact email is info@justmusic.asia.
These terms and conditions (the "Conditions") apply to the use of justmusic.asia by end users. By accessing justmusic.asia, you agree to be bound by the Conditions. The site is provided for the benefit of residents of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Macau, China, and other regions we serve, who are over the age of 18.
1.1 You will not: (a) use the Website for any illegal purpose; (b) upload viruses, malware, or defamatory content; (c) use the Website in a manner that impairs functionality or violates rights; (d) create unauthorised hyperlinks or access; (e) copy or distribute content without consent; (f) alter or modify the Website beyond its intended use.
1.2 You agree to pursue any claims against other users independently of us.
1.3 You may only use the Website for personal and non-commercial use.
2.1 We reserve the right to: (a) modify or withdraw the Website at any time; (b) change these Terms — continued use constitutes acceptance; (c) monitor activity and take action against violations including suspension or termination.
2.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. No compensation is available for downtime or withdrawal.

6.1–6.2 By submitting content, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, modify, and distribute it through any media.
6.3 You warrant submissions are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

8.1–8.3 The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, security, or fitness for purpose.
8.4 Nothing limits your consumer rights under Malaysian law.
8.6 We are not liable for economic losses, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or indirect/consequential losses.
8.7 Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury from our negligence.
You agree to fully indemnify us against all claims, damages, costs, and legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or use of the Website.
All intellectual property remains owned by us or our licensors. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material.

Severability applies to unenforceable provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and are governed by the laws of Malaysia with exclusive jurisdiction in Malaysian courts.
13.1 All tickets are subject to these Terms, ticketing partner terms, and venue rules.
13.2 Prices are quoted in MYR unless stated otherwise. Booking and delivery fees are additional.
13.3 A ticket is a revocable licence; face value is the limit of liability if withdrawn.
13.4 Tickets are for personal use only. Unauthorised resale may result in invalidation without refund.
13.5 Check tickets on receipt. Lost or damaged tickets will not normally be replaced.
14.1 Tickets are non-refundable except as stated here or required by Malaysian consumer law.
14.2 Cancellation refunds cover face value only; fees are non-refundable.
14.3 Rescheduled events: existing tickets are valid for the new date. Refund claims must be made within the notified period.
14.4 Material changes do not constitute cancellation. Line-up, set list, or stage changes are not material.
14.5 Refunds are issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.
15.1–15.2 Age restrictions vary by event. Valid photo ID may be required. Entry may be refused without refund.
15.3 Latecomers may be admitted only at suitable breaks.
15.4 Disorderly, intoxicated, or abusive persons may be ejected without refund.
16.1 Security checks are mandatory at all entry points.
16.2 Prohibited: professional recording equipment, weapons, outside food/drink, illegal substances, laser pointers, fireworks, drones, oversized bags, and any unsafe items.
16.3 Unauthorised recording and live streaming are prohibited; recordings may be confiscated.
17.1 By attending, you consent to being filmed and recorded for promotional purposes.
17.2 Transport and parking are not included in ticket price.
17.3 We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure including acts of God, war, pandemic, government action, or severe weather.
